Report: Arfa Firoz Zeki. The President of Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) Mohsen Gilani announced that foreign companies are also ready to establish a football league in Pakistan.

While making a statement on Xspace, PFF President said that PFF will identify companies that make offers related to football leagues, twenty companies including Ali Tareen have contacted PFF related to football leagues.

In his statement, he said, there should be a promotion and relegation system in the football league, the football league should start from the district level, but it doesn’t seem like it will happen soon.

Mohsin Geelani said that the league is very important for Pakistan football but unfortunately the professional league has not been started in Pakistan. Organizing a football league is a big decision that cannot be taken too soon. Domestic football in Pakistan has been stagnant for several years.

He said that if the franchise league is not successful in India, it will not be successful in Pakistan either. Franchise leagues and club leagues have their own advantages and disadvantages.

President PFF said that Pakistan Football Federation wants to start football league this year but there is a big question about the infrastructure, however, they don’t want to waste more time related to football league, so why not this year.
