Shadab Khan represents Sydney Thunder in the Big Bash League and was included in Pakistan’s squad for the T-Twin series against Sri Lanka.
A Sydney Thunder spokesperson says Shadab Khan will travel to Sri Lanka after playing the match against the Hobart Hurricanes on January 4.
A Sydney Thunder spokesperson says Shadab Khan will be available for the Sydney Smash at the Sydney Cricket Ground on January 16.
The spokesperson of Sydney Thunder also says that Shadab Khan will be available until Sydney Thunder reaches the finals, but negotiations to replace Shadab Khan with an overseas player are in the final stage.
It is worth mentioning that Shadab Khan has so far scored 100 runs at an average of 33.33 and is Thunder’s top scorer with 6 wickets.
In this regard, Shadab Khan says that it is an honor to represent the Pakistan team and to be selected for the upcoming series, while the experience of playing for the Thunder is great and he cannot wait to come back again.
Shadab Khan, who has been called up to the National Team for Sri Lanka, said that he hopes to return at the end of the season and help the team in their run to the finals.
