In ICCT Twenty20 World Cup 2026, UAE opener Mohammad Zohaib was sent from India by the team management, Zohaib claimed that I was dropped from the team because I was Pakistani.
The Emirates Cricket Board says that India’s Mohammad Zohaib has been sent to Dubai for disciplinary offences. More information on this matter will be revealed soon, I do not wish to comment further at this stage.
Earlier, Muhammad Zohaib had claimed that the entire management of the team belongs to India, he was excluded from the team because he is a Pakistani. Muhammad Zohaib requested the Emirates Cricket Board to investigate the matter.
The UAE Cricket Team is currently in Chennai, India to play the T20 Cricket World Cup.
