Report: Feyzan Lakhani. The Peshawar Zalmi duo of Babar Azam and Kaushal Mendis created the record for the highest partnership in the history of Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Babar Azam and Kaushal Mendis scored 191 runs for the second wicket in the match played against Karachi Kings at the National Stadium, Karachi.
In the match, Kaushal Mendes scored 109 runs while Babar Azam scored an unbeaten 87 runs.
It is worth mentioning that Babar Azam was already included in the record of the biggest partnership in PSL.
Babar Azam and Sharjeel Khan put on a 176-run partnership against Islamabad United in 2021 while playing for Karachi Kings.
