Asian champion Pakistan U-19 is getting closer to another title today

The Pakistan U-19 Cricket Team will take to the field today to play the final of the U-19 tri-header against the hosts Zimbabwe to claim another title.

The final match will be played at the Old Hararians Ground in Harare, the first ball will be thrown at 09.30 local time.

The Pakistan team, which won the ACC Men’s Under-19 Asia Cup in Dubai by 191 runs, is now eyeing back-to-back victories. Under the leadership of captain Farhan Yusif, the U-19 national team is in a very good condition.

Before the final, captain Farhan Yusif said that the three series gave the team a chance to prepare well for the World Cup, the batting unit adopted a positive approach while the bowlers performed well.

He also said that the final against the host team will be a big challenge but the players are determined and the team wants to end the tournament successfully and enter the World Cup with full confidence.

It may be noted that this 50-over tri-series was organized to give Pakistan, Afghanistan and Zimbabwe an opportunity to prepare for the ICC Men’s Under-19 World Cup, which will be played from January 15 to February 6 in Zimbabwe and Namibia.
