Cricket Australia has announced the squad for the Boxing Day Test of the Ashes.
Captain Pat Cummins has been rested under management workload, so Steve Smith will lead in this Test.
Jay Richardson is out of the squad while Nathan Lyon is out of the squad due to an injury, Lyon will undergo surgery and is out of cricket action for a long time.
Scott Boland, Alex Carey, Brendan Doggett, Cameron Green, Travis Head and Josh Ingles are captained by Steve Smith in the Boxing Day Test.
Apart from them, Usman Khawaja, Marence Labushin, Todd Murphy, Michael Nesser, Jay Richardson, Mitchell Starc, Jack Weatherland and Beau Webster are also included in the group.
