Olympic gold medalist Arshad Nadeem while talking to Geo News on the occasion of night training at Punjab Stadium said that the upcoming season is very busy and I have to participate in many events. I have been training continuously for one and a half to two months. Due to the Ramadan holiday, the training routine has not changed, only the time has changed and now they train at night due to the Ramadan holiday, which is going well.

Ershad Nadim informed that first of all there is Diamond League in May, then there are Joint Games and Asian Games, in August there is Diamond League and the world competition will be held in Hungary.

He said that I am satisfied with the training, the training is going well, I hope to perform well.

On the other hand, coach Arshad Nadeem Salman Iqbal Butt said that he has left the strength and conditioning phase and will go to full training for the competition after the month of Ramadan.

He said that the fitness is good, the training standards are also good, we hope that the season will be good, the Asian Games and the unique World Athletics Ultimate Championship in Hungary, all these events are intended to compete well.
