Former Pakistani fast bowler and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Director Aqib Javed has claimed that India has approached Pakistan to train and guide its fast bowlers.

Aqib Javed said this in a podcast uploaded on PCB’s official channel. In the podcast, he also talked about the future of Pakistan cricket, high performance structure, training programs and other aspects.

He said that PCB’s program for overseas players provides coaching and training opportunities to players from all over the world in Pakistan. As part of this program, players from Holland and England also came to Pakistan.

Aqib Javid said that this program will be extended globally in the future and we have been receiving calls from India and also requested India to implement its urgent guidelines.

“Until we catch ourselves, we won’t know where we are internationally, how strong our coaches and our systems are,” Aqib said. He said that under this program we have received calls from India to speed up the delivery of dolls.

The podcast host commented that usually Indian and Pakistani players don’t even touch each other, to which Aqib Javed laughed and said that common people think differently while the bureaucracy (management) takes a different approach.
