A thrilling victory for Pakistan in the first match of the Hockey World Cup qualifier

In the opening match of the World Cup qualifiers, Pakistan got off to a winning start by defeating China by 5 goals to 4 after a sensational match.

The match saw a tough competition between the two teams, but the national heroes showed a great game and won the lead. Muhammad Sufyan, Rana Wahid, Muhammad Imad, Abu Bakr Mehmood and Rana Waleed each scored a goal on behalf of Pakistan and played an important role in the team’s victory.

The Chinese team also fought hard, Siahu scored two goals and Zheng and Guan each scored a goal, but the Chinese team could not win the match.

Pakistan Hockey Federation President Muhyiddin Wani congratulated the national team for the victory in the first match of the tournament, appreciated the performance of the players and wished them well for the future matches.

The national hockey team will play their second match tomorrow (March 2) against Malaysia and the third match will be played against Austria on March 4.
